Gooden Ranch was once a breeding facility producing paint babies from a wonderful black and white homozygous stallion named Osonago Indian Cowboy. In October 2002 we lost Oso to West Nile. Even though breeding him only two seasons ... we fell in love with tobiano paints. Not being able to replace Oso ... we began to board horses for horse owners in the area vicinity.

Wayne and Lori Gooden have been in the horse business for over 10 years providing horse owners a "family type" barn with no hype or competition. They are the owners and caregivers of Gooden Ranch. This ranch is located near the "Horse Corridor" of the world ... Hwy 377. Nestled amoung some of the finest vets and horse breeders in the country ... the Goodens have niche market for plain folks to board their horses in a safe and nuturing enviroment. We cater to older horses or horses with special needs!

Our main business on our place is marketing! You didn't think we could make a living at just boarding horses?
